No oversized bags or backpacks are allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. The venue has the right to refuse entry and to restrict any items at any time without prior notice.

Ample free parking parking is available on the west side of the venue nearest the freeway. On nights when valet parking is available it will be clearly identified with easily visible signage.

Yes. Any drink order counts towards the two drink minimum.  We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and encourage our guests to please drink responsibly.

We accept all major credit cards through our website, box office, and in our showroom, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Tickets are usually between $15 – $20. Special Event ticket prices can be more, depending on the specific event. Online tickets usually cost a little less than walk-up tickets over-the-phone tickets.

There is a 18% gratuity on parties of 8 or more, which is normal at most Pacific Northwest establishments. If you fail to sign your credit card receipt we automatically apply gratuity.

Lastly, if you disrupt the show and get put out, we charge gratuity.

Yes, but they are the lowest in the game.  We’ve partnered with a ticketing company that only charges between $1-$4 per ticket depending on the event.

We highly encourage you to dine with us!  We are proud to present over 24 beers on tap!  Please note that outside food and beverage is prohibited.

Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 20 minutes after the show begins.  We stop seating 20 minutes into the show due to the potential for disruption to the performers.
No exceptions.  No refunds.

Unless otherwise specified, you must be at least 21 years of age to enter and at least 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol. You will need to show valid photo identification to enter our club. Accepted forms of identification include:

-State issued Driver’s License
-State issued ID
-Military ID
-U.S. Permanent Resident Card

There are special events from time to time that allow entry for patrons who are 18+.

Photography, filming, videotaping, or other forms of recording without consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. The only exception to this is for guests who take pictures/selfies in the designated area for photos, which is marked with clear signage.

Guests who abuse this policy will be ejected immediately. Certain artists may also prohibit cell phones from being allowed into the show. Please check the details of your show at purchase.

Yes, thank for your service.

Members of the military and their dependents can get tickets for a discount with military ID.  All you have to do is make your reservation over the phone or by e-mailing us, and then bring your id to the show!

This deal is not valid on “Special Events”.

We are located on the same plot as the newly remodeled Holiday Inn.

Gift cards are available in any denomination, never expire and can be both purchased and redeemed at the location.

Our seating is first-come-first-served by section.  VIP tickets are for the best available seats.  You’ll be sat in in the front few of rows… the closer, the better.  General Admission tickets also for quality seats, just not as charming as the VIP section.  The earlier you arrive, the better seats you will have!

Spacious.  Small tables with four comfy chairs at each of them.  If your group is smaller, or odd-numbered you may be sat with other people.  If your group size is larger you will have multiple tables next to each other.

All of our seating is done first come first serve, from the front to the back of the room.
